Creative Consulting — Salary Problem

I worked in this company for 5 months.
They will give the salary by 20 th only. that too i have to beg from them.
and the office will not run in proper time, no schedule etc.

from sonepur post office my brother send me a emergency letter to me in delhi a-5 nirman vihar first floor delhi but till it was almost all 6 days i m not geting that letter is that the speed post service.

i m planning to join in wipro/teamware, as seeing ur comments, my legs get back..are u true ???...can we get good experience in teamware wipro??...even if we have experience we can get good salary after that in another companies

I am also facing the same problem.Can you guide me hoe to get the salary from those people.

please dont go on contract basis that too on teamware. I worked and they did too much.. They made us to cry a lot. No proper salary and i[censored] ask it they wil talk like rowdys . Many peple stayed in wipro for 4 months without salary and they said wipro dont wantys u ... so please dont go on contract

Request you all not to get misguided by such un-authenticated, anonymous postings. Teamware has been in business for close to 9 years and have around 1000 employees working with us.

Those who have posted these messages, instead of remaining anonymous, should legally challenge us if you think Teamware has failed in fulfilling any of your contractual obligations.

i m also join wipro through teamware on dec 2010 bt till 5 month they didn't get me any project.. also didn't get salary at all..
teamware ruined my totally 9 month.. its totally bull sit company.. plz guys beware

I face the same problem ...in mumbai...the teamware company is not good for IT. they deputed on client side ...and client give non technical work... teamware said that client will take you in his payroll within 3 to 4 month but i have seen many people who had complete 1 and 1.5 years still they struggling for good project and to get in payroll of client...teamware HR also not giving proper answers...guys don't go for consultant company... Please guys don't waste time on teamware company... join proper IT company who give you better opportunity...

I doesn't right mainly but this fraud and cheap persons are forcing me to do so.
MY friend got placed in Teamware(Client: Level 5 Company) he resigned from his previous organization to join teamware.
By the day of DOJ every thing was fine and suddenly Teamware managment says just 1 day before DOJ that ur profile is been filled you retain at your previous organization.
Lolz, fraud people they(Teamware) just want there task to be done means they want money at any cost.

Meanwhile my friend was lucky he also had 1 more offer in his hand so he got escaped.

Never ever join any such sort of organization.

Does the salary problem happens only with Wipro, as a client, or you have other organizations as well ? I am appointed by Teamware recently but not Wipro.

am a recruiter of Temaware solutions..The management of teamware is feeling hard to pay salaries to employees and they terminating employees without proper intimation and they recruited peoples from H&M for them they paid huge salaries but they feeling hard topay salarie..
for consultants also they r not paying salaries on time..for recruiters they r getting salaries lately..
The management is in CLosing mood toclose the entire operations they r in loss..

DOnt ever ever join in Teamware peyroll r Recruiter in Teamware..It's a black mark on ur entire career..

I am shocked.. Why is such rumors spreading over... I have many of my friends working in teamware. But there is no issues as you say or post.. It be the top most company or small sized company, there would be small issues happening now and then.. but there is no such great worst things happening at teamware. It is a happy enviornment. good work culture.

If you have such issues, meet the management people and speak for clarity.
