[Resolved]  Teamware Solutions — Salary Problem

Girls can grown up fast in Team ware solutions. MD likes girls very much and he will give party in every year. Managers are flirt with girls. so you can enjoy working in Team ware solutions.

Money makes anything, Team ware is same they can any work for money. I know many things but we need to take legal action against this, I suffered a lot and my life is gone now. it should happened to others. so please join together and do some needful to the other students and society. Jai hind.

OMG!!! Seriously, Thankx for posting these comment about Teamware Solutions (quantum leap consulting). Actually, I was about to visit to there consultany office in Teamware Solutions, 1st floor Oxford Chambers, Rustum Bagh Road, Off airport Road, Bangalore. You guys helped me a lot from doing this stupid work...

Team ware is just a fake company, I recently faced the incident which made my career spoiled by Team Ware. Guys, I made mistake by not going with these comments and resigned my previous company and completed my 30 days notice period. On very first day, when I went to join TCS (Team ware client), I was asked to leave until next communication from my company (Team ware solutions). I am still waiting for next communication from Team ware solutions. Now I am trying to keep calling Team ware HR team (Monali, Sunder, Divya), no one is picking up my call. I am planning to sue team ware.

Strange thing is they always call you through land line phone and never give you there mobile#. Which made there intention cleared that team ware can cheat you in future.

Irresponsible behaviour towards the salary.

My wife is employed as a contractor through Teamware solutions. She informed about the maternity leave to the client - the client approved the leaves - which was again communicated to Teamware solutions' HR. They also approved the leaves and promised to pay the CTC.

But now they are denying to pay the salary for maternity - which as per the Government rule - should be paid to every employee who has more than 80 working days with the employer. Now the Teamware people are even reluctant to pickup the phone calls and also do not respond to emails for several WEEKS.

We definitely have legal ways to follow up.

I have got a call from team ware solutions saying you would be working with Bank of America client & then after 6 months you will be confirmed.
i am scared by reading all these above comments.
what should i do?

i also get this same dialog from Team Ware but 3 years completed.still TEAMWARE is not approving for Confirmation for client requirement. (even though if you perform well)

FInally Teamware Hyd is Shutting Down, Wat a Pitty they r not able to give salaries to their consultants beware guys, dont join in Teamware Payroll they wont pay u salary.They will Say Big client list to fool you.I[censored] beleive thats it ur caree will be in Black list, Soon r later it will be a Black Listed Company..Beware of It..Beware..Dont ever Ever join in Teamware payrolll...I[censored]?????????????????????????????????????????????????

Even I have been asked to look for some other company on very first day of joining client company.
Now i don't have any offers in my hand. Please guys do think before you put down paper in your current company after getting offer letter from Teamware.

Those who are looking out to work on the payroll of Teamware Solutions (Hyderabad, Chennai) and going to deput on client site from Teamware, I suggest them not to go for the same. I'm sharing my personal experience, I served notice period with my last company and then on the very first day of joining the client site (Investment Bank), Teamware suddenly called me and informed that we are invoking your offer letter and when i asked whether they will pay me (as same was promised by Teamware Recruiter- Sunitha, Victor and Lakshmi) atleast for the 1 month because i'm on Teamware payroll then directly said "NO".

My Background screening went very smooth too and got green signal from third party.

At the time of recruiting, Teamware will promise you that if it doesn't work with one client then they will deput you on another client of Teamware and you will be paid for those days. (But all ths were just FAKE info)

Teamware does only for money because if they get candidate through thy can make more profit from client, thy will jst kick you out without even a second thought. Most of the employees working on Teamware payroll also have not get paid since 3 months.

Today I'm jobless because of Teamware Solutions.

Recently i got offer from Teamware solutions for bank of america
from the process to offer letter they gave very good follow up
all of a sudden i got call from HR and they told that we are revoking your offer since the client bank of america had closed all the positions and there is global freeze
I resigned my job and now my carrer itself spoiled

Please don't join with teamware solutions .They will give false commitments

Even I too faced the same problem as on IBM . They will make us cry to get our salaries. I have never seen such as worst company like this. So guys please be aware of this . Don't make Ur career waste by joining this company.

I have received mail from Teamware, but I'm not sure whether to apply or not because of such review. I don't know if it is genuine or not, but I'm not ready to take the risk.
In any case I think Teamware management should work to make it's reputation right.

I had enough experience.. They tell something, they do something..Currently I m working,
I m mentally stressed from past 6 months
These people are ruining the IT industry.. Can anyone from IT head ministry please dissolve all the consultancy mainly Teamware .
These people are ruining professional's life. If IT ministry don't take action against this before anything bad might happen like murder, harassment, suicide, accidents etc .
