who said that Teamware is a Good company...Recently they Fired US Operations Manager in HYD.and also they r going to close HYD Branch ASAP.Don't be foolish by saying good company.It show how fools are u guys those who support Teamware.Soon they r going to wipe out HYD Branch...u guys r in chennai and pretending about teamware.Teamware is a Partiality company, they ever give respect to NON-Locals, They will prefer only Tamlians..It's a worst company if a NON Local will join in teamware Solutions as a Recruiter that's it u will be fired in 3Months.If he belongs to tamil and non-Performer they wont fire they will keep him to continue..

Than commenting about something else as good or bad... first try behaving as a good human. Which companies would keep non performers.. attitude issue guys..? NO COMPANY.. Instead of writing such rubbish about Teamware, cannot you do your work? If you concentrate on the future, you would not bother to post such messages. Teamware knows to take care of his employees across the globe. If you are talented and have time, shine at your work. Teamware takes care of his employees well. I am sure, the employees do coordinate and cooperate accordingly as good future is seen through Teamware.

Instead of posting such bad postings/gossips and commenting that the company is bad or good, first try behaving as a good human. Which company will bear non performers or attitude issue guys? NO COMPANY.. As far as I know, Teamware knows to take care of his employees and the employees also coordinate accordingly to the company. If you really are talented, show it by shining in your job. For all those who have posted negative comments on QLC (Team ware solutions),
I am an X employee of QLC Chennai (Team ware Solutions) My tenure with the company was a bitshort due to my personal commitments. It was really a fantastic place to work, when people talk about salary problem i laugh at them, Team ware is one of the few consulting firms which pays salary on date without fail and more concentrates on the employee welfare which most of the Consulting companies don't. As mentioned above by someone in Hyderabad there is no racial discrimination Tamilan / Telugu / Kannadika, the perfect example for this is Teamware Bangalore office where they have employees from different parts of India and also one of the director being from AP. They don't have a process in place but Performers are appreciated and rewarded and non performers are given ample chance to perform but if they still don't perform any company will sack that team or employee. Contract employees, if you have any problem which is reasonable and can be solved but you are facing a problem with an individual, please feel free to escalate it to the Directors who defiantly look into it and give you a solution.
My humble request is please don't judge the company because of your experience with a few individuals.

There are many working for different locations and for different companies through Teamware . It is certainly a place to trust where everything is so open and clear .. They are always ready to help..

I am a python developer. I too got my salary 1st of every month till my tenure . I got hired directly by their client after one year.
I too read about this reviews before I joined teamware solutions. I joined teamware 10 months back in their Banking client till date I didn’t face any issue in my salary or any issue in my project. I getting direct employment with the client I am working now, my payroll is getting changed. I thank Teamware solutions, I am getting into my dream company.
I had good salary with reputed client – What else one can wish for.

no issues on salary - they have even paid me good salary
im also asscoiated with Teamware for 18 Months, getting my salary on time...
