[Resolved]  Tech Mahindra — no joining after the recruitment and offer letter

Hi, I also have been selected by Tech mahindra on 14th May 2009 in Bangalore. I have been waiting since then, rejecting other offers thinking of my future. During the interview they promised that they will send us the offer letter in a month. But now things has turned really worse. They even stopped responding to my mails and calls. They even rejected to meet or respond to me when I went to the office in person.

I hope the necessary action on this company must be taken for taking the students career into their hands and ruining it.

Tech mahindra recruitment is really weird. First they confirmed my expected salary and scheduled the interview, I cracked all the interview rounds. They asked me to submit all my docs which I did. On asking for offer letter They denied giving it stating that the upper management has declined it as techm offers only 30 to 40% hike and then tried to negotiate me for 30- 40%. Then later they didn't responded my calls.

Here the question is why techm makes the candidate to attain whole process if they are not willing to give the candidate their expected salaries.

Techm should inform the candidate about their 30 to 40% hike standards before the interview process.
