I have booked telephone line/broadband since 2 months, there is no cable laid in our area still. The advertisement they show deepika to fool people. actually the government owned company is very bad provider. if it was private then we could have understood. There is no absolute customer care, they dont even bother to call back & inform customer about the problem. The customer has to run pillar to post.
