Sir, I have just a sent a letter to the CM CELL regarding about the chennai auto drivers.

This chennai auto drivers are very bad in behaving with the customers.You are having great power

In your hand(press).Please, create some awareness in our public that usage of auto.



We should boycott the usage of these autos in chennai.Then only, these people will

Come to know the truth.

CHENNAI : The city police have not received any complaint so far from the public against erring autorickshaw drivers, Commissioner of Chennai Police Letika Saran said here on Thursday.

Separate cell

She told reporters that after the revision of autorickshaw fares came into effect on Republic Day, the police had created a separate cell to monitor the functioning and handle any complaints from public against erring auto drivers. However, the police have not received any complaint so far, she replied to a pointed question and asserted that the police would ensure that the auto drivers stuck to the chart card distributed to them.

Passengers can lodge complaints against autorickshaw drivers by calling numbers: 103, 26445511, 26444445, 26445959, 26670993, 26215969, 24894466, 24867733, 22325555, 27264277 as well as 27663333.

They can also SMS at[protected].

Respected Sir,



First of all, I want to thanks the tamilnadu government for providing official website to people like

us. Sir am working as a Software engineer in private organization in Bangalore. This mail is regarding about

the illegal auto drivers in Chennai. I just want to inform you about these illegal activities through mail.



Last weekend (27-Jul-08), I went to nanganallur anjaneyar temple with my young nephew at 11am.

So, I planned to take an auto from the nanganallur anjaneyar auto stand to Balaji nursing home(St.thomas

Mount).It will be hardly 2 to 3km.



So, I called the auto driver name called Sivakumar, vehicle no is TN-06 5006.He asked Rs.80

for the trip. Then I got upset with the fare he asked. So just I planned to make a move from that place.

Suddenly, the above auto driver is cracking joke with another guy based on me. And another auto driver asked

me, how much you can give for the trip. I told to the another auto driver that, I’ll give Rs.40 for the trip.So, the

another auto driver accepted for my fare.



But the Auto driver sivakumar is said something about me. So, I asked him whatever fare you asked

is too much. The Auto driver sivakumar told that, he will ask like that only. If you are interested then come with

me, otherwise get out from this place. And he used some rude words against me infront of public.



Then I told to him that, you should give respect to the customers. So, give respect and take respect. And

the Autodriver sivakumar said that he cant give any respect to me.



He said that “respect ellam koodaka mudiyarthuda..nee yaaruda..kai vakruthuku munnadi kelumbuda”

Then, I told that this is not fair. You should behave properly with your customer infront of public. Then I told him, that

I’ll take necessary action on him.



For that, Autodriver sivakumar said that, ”yaarum enna onnum panna mudiyathu da…enna police kitta

solla poriya….poda….enna onnum pudunga mudiyathu…enna en peru venuma complaint panna en

peru sivakumar no 5006…poi unnala mudiyaratha pannu poda..kai vaikurathuku munnadi kelumbuda..”

Then I got very much upset…because my young nephew is with me. My nephew got sacred by this guy. Then I told to that

Auto driver that surely I’ll give a complaint on him. Really I got very upset with Chennai auto drivers.



These kind of auto drivers are creating bad name for our Chennai city. I don’t know, why our tamilnadu government

Is not taking any step against this autodrivers.Sir, these auto drivers are misbehaving with local Chennai people and other

State people also. Because of these auto drivers many people are afraid to come Chennai. My other state friends are saying that

Chennai people are very rude.Then, I used to convince my friends by saying that Chennai people are very friendly.



So, please take some necessary action on this autodrivers.And also, in Bangalore all city autos are under traffic

Police controls. Here all auto drivers’ names and contact numbers are with the traffic police. And also each auto should displayed

their name and contact number with photo in the auto. So, they are afraid to ask more money to the customer. Because you

can directly lodge a complaint about the auto driver to the police. So, the bangalore auto drivers always use to put meter.So, people

are preferred to use auto in bangalore.



But in Chennai people are afraid to use auto. Because of their rude words, misbehaving and asking more fare. Sir, Kindly

I request you to take necessary action on the autodriver sivakumar immediately. And also, we can also implement some

Rules for the autodrivers.We can also computerized the auto drivers information and we can change the image of the auto drivers

in Chennai. We should have some tight rules for the auto drivers.



So, Kindly I request you to take immediate action on the Autodriver sivakumar(TN-06 5006).

Please go through the below mail.In SETC Bangalore buses, drivers and conductors are doing monopoly.They are filling the seats with the local agents.And no one is there to ask this.Kindly, I request you to take some immediate investigation on this.even, i mailed abt ths issue to CM also.plz go thru the below mail

First of all, I want to thank you to provide tamilnadu goverment official website to people like us.

Sir, Iam working as a Software engineer in private organization in bangalore.This mail is regarding about

the illegal activities happening in bangalore buses by our condutors and drivers.I just want to inform

you about this illegal activites through mail.



Last weekend(ie.27 May 2007), I went to bangalore bus stand at 10pm to catch a bus to chennai.I was

waiting for almost two and half hours.Meantime, lots o[censored]nreserved buses came to the bus stand.But the bus

drivers and condutors they will always inform to people as its a reserved bus.And at 11.30pm one ordinary bus

came, big family(around 10 members..mostly) they rushed inside the bus to catch a seat.but the bus driver and

conductor make them to getdown from the bus.Because alreay they sold the tickets to the group tickets person(one guy who is broker between passenger and conductor).They will sell the government tickets for 300 to 350.



Atlast, one ULTRA DELUXE BUS(TN-01 N-6913) came at 12.00am.Both driver and condutor are senior most person(they are wearin blue pant and light blue shirt-driver will be around 40 to 45 and conductor will be around 45 to 50).Before i enetered into the bus, conductor told us to not sit in the first 10 seats.But i didnt get any seats in the bus..so i sat in the seat no 8.Then conductor went to catch the broker.



He didnt take the bus almost for an 30 mins.Then later he came inside the bus and he sold the tickets to one passenger for Rs.300(actual cost is Rs.220).Then he asked me getdown from the bus because the seats are reserved. then, i asked him to show the reservation chart.He told that he is not ready to show anything to me.Kindly, i replied to him that if reserved people would comes i'll give the seat to them.but conductor refused my words...and driver also joined with conductor, that he wont take bus if i have not gotdown from the bus.And driver told that if you went to movie theatre, there in the counter itself they are selling Rs.30 ticket as Rs.50.Then, why people are making like this.He told no one will ask if he is not taking the bus.

After a big argument, i decided to gotdwon from the bus.because of me others should not get affect.He didnt take the bus still i was there.He started the bus at around 12.50 am.



Why iam mailing this to you sir?I want to inform you what is happening in the bangalore buses ?Kindly i request you to take immediate action on this?And plz put one timekeeper in the bangalore buststand.It will be very helpful to our SETC as well as to people.All people will use SETC.
