Thane Municipal Transport — Irregular Services

The services of bus no. 62 (Dharmachapada) is erratic. Mostly in the morning 6.55AM bus starting from Dharmachapada to station does not arrive causing hardship to the persons going for work. Some times they cancel 2 trips simultaneously i.e. 6.30 AM trip & 6.55 AM trips. Moreover any verbal complaints regarding the cancellation of service to the vehicle controllers either at Brahmand or at Thane station are treated with vauge answers. In the evening time also the availability of buses to Dharmachapada is very poor.
May I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and increase the frequency of buses or atleast run the buses on time schedule?
Without providing proper service to the passengers there is no point in displaying "WELCOME TO TMT BUSES" in the newly introduced LED displayed buses.

TMT internal bus service is necessary in Miraroad due to harresments by Rickshaw people, we need a bus service starting from Station and covering all the sectors in Miraroad and then coming back to the station, this internal service will really be helpful.
