[Resolved]  The 3C Company — no progress in 3C lotus panache

Hi,

I bought a flat in tower 24 in lotus panache 2.5 years ago. As per the builder buyer agreement, the flat has to be ready in 3 years. But as per the construction updates, the project is not in a condition to give the possession in next 6 months. The plumbing eork is going on for last 3 months and will take another 3-4 months. We thought that 3C is a professional company, but it is like other builders too. In beginning. it showed that work is progressing at a fast pace, but now 3C is also delaying the work.

I request the 3C management to have a look into the matter, and please start the work for Tower 24 as per the schedule, in order to provide the possession in next 6 months.
