[Resolved]  The 3C Company — Company is not refunding booking amount after almost 6 months

We need your help in recovery of our hard-earned money from dishonest builders like 3C, which has taken our money on false declaration about the project, which did not got legal approvals from Authority and later scarped and sold to Lotus Green, without settling our dues. Following is the history sheet ( we will provide you all documents support also)1. Application for provisional allotment of a commercial unit - No. 711, Tower B - Ozone Boulevard, Sec 98, Noida was submitted on 22nd Nov 2011 in following names First Applicant – SANDHYA MISHRA Second Applicant – DHEERAJ MISHRA. The 3C Company did not issued allotment letter till date. Instead there were rumours in market that project has been failed and the designated plot of land has been diverted towards another purpose and company. After hearing rumours, when I visited The 3C Company office at Sector 127 Noida ion 21st July'14, the Company Staff advised that The 3C Company has scarped the project Ozone Boulevard due to regulatory reasons and is in process of launching new project on the same plot of land but the details of new project are not yet finalised and how much more time it would take is uncertain. Therefore the 3C Company staff advised me to apply for cancellation of booking in Ozone Boulevard and take refund of booking amount. The staff also advised that the company is paying 9% interest on cancellation and payment would be made within 90 days from cancellation application. Due to cancellation of booked project and uncertainty of future project, we applied for cancellation on 30th July'14 on assurance from staff to get refund within 90days, which ended on 29th Oct'14. We have written so many emails and also did constant followed up on mobile phone / sms but always got disappointment and frustration due to a. no reply on emails, b. not picking up phone on most of occasions and c. no firm reply on refund. Every time we been told that refund would take few more months. Till today we did not received our refund despite sending them written notice. The 3C Company and it's Director - Vidur Bhardwaj and Staff seems very unprofessional and breaching our trust every time we apprach them for refund. We request your help for getting our money back with interest and compensation
