[Resolved]  The 3C Company — Booking amount not refunded after almost 6 months from cancelation

We booked office space in 3c ozone boulevard, noida express way project in 2011. The project has been sold by the investor clinic. It was scraped few months back due to reasons not told to us. When we asked for refund of booking amount, the 3c staff told that within 90 days money would be refunded with 9% interest. But ti Oddly after almost 6 months, we have not received refund, any communication about when refund would be given. Every time we follow up false promises made by the staff of company, a very unprofessional approach by a company which claim to be a good builder, on which trusted but now feel cheated. When we see any of their project all of them are not progressing at all. This reflect the company is in serious cash crunch otherwise a refunds of 12.5 lacs is not a amount which would drain out cash box of a builder, who claim to be a big and reputed company. It is very painful that the staff gave wrong information and the company is sitting on our hard earned money and also does not have courgette to communicate when they would refund the money. This is absolute bad corporate governance by the 3C Company. Dheeraj mishra
