NON RECT. OF A/C. TRANSFER CONFIRMATION.
Dear Sir,
I want to state that I had submitted my app. for trs. of EPF A/c. no. MH-50743/99 with form no. [protected] for allotment of National Social Security No. (NSSN) duly complited & signes on 4/12/07 (encl. xerox copy of Trs. & NSSN form), But till date my a/c. has not been transfered & nothing has been intimated to me in this respect. I have sent several mails & letters & th. RTI Act.2005 to EPF Dept. but unable to find out can same one help.
So, I request you to look the matter at the earliest & Trs. EPF A/c. No. MH - 50743/99, (Nashik Div.) M/s. Vir Alloys & Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd., A -2/1, MIDC Area, Ahmednagar, M.S. - 414111 balances in my existing EPF A/c. No. MH - 39245/135( Kandivali, Mumbai Div.) M/S. Spiderman's Business Pvt. Ltd., F - 1/3, MIDC, Tarapur, Boisar, Thane, M.S.- 401 506
