i got many email of such type is this all fake i have got recent mail from eco bank togo that my parcel is in india coustems i have to clear the payments of $1500 then i will get the amount

It is indeed an unfortunate development that the internet technology is being made a tool to misguide or befool innocent people on the look out for big gains. The fraudsters flourish only because of the greed in people. If anyone is on the lookout for a good opportunity that will make him rich overnight, in principal, there is nothing wrong, in so far as he is not taking resort to immoral or illegitimate activity. Somehow the fraudsters should get a big blow so that they will not repeat such heinous acts.

The real problem is that the communication is so creatively designed that usually it is very very difficult even for a prudent man to guess whether all that is assured is true or false. Mostly the reap-off comments say negative but the statements are not backed by any evidence. It is human tendency to hope for the best (and in that attempt many forget to get prepared for the worst). Of course, by experience one learns that these offers are simply futile and they end up in demand for money (advance fees). The unfortunate part of all this is that the learning comes after wasting lot of time, money and energy in following up such offers. The solution probably is in identifying the repetitive character of such offers. Any such circular type of email letters are certainly the bogus kind of communications. They have common text, common instructions and common motives. It is always wiser for receivers of such offers not to pay attention to such mails at all.
