[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Service Deficiency

I had bought 3 mobile sets from your branch Essar Telecom Retail Ltd, BN Block, Vardhaman Shopping Plaza, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi in the names of Archana Narang (N 73), Divya Khurana ( Sony Erricson) and Ajay Narang (E 71) all in the month of October 2008. I was so impressed by your branch head Mr. Mukesh that after buying first two sets for Diwali / Bhaiya Duj Gift purposes, I pre poned my decision to buy E 71 for myself too. It seems it was my biggest mistake to buy the same...

While Mr Mukesh was opening the mobile box, I told him that the SEAL of the box is already broken on which he told "trust me, it is not so - you are our valuable customer, we just cant do anything wrong with you". And perhaps my fear was right, the camera of the mobile stopped working from 3rd day itself. When I approached Mukesh, he accomanpanied me to Nokia Centre across the road. They told me to leave the set for repair for 10-15 days which I did not agree.

Mukesh told me to get it corrected soon and will help me out. He kept on assuring me that either over phone or on my visits. And now it is 3 months and still my mobile phone's camera is not working. Mr. Mukesh has now started giving excuses. He has given me some numbers on which to talk to get my complaint registered. What a FUN?

Is this the service one should expect from a reputed store whereas Mukesh told me when I was buying sets from him that you can get at a cheaper rate from a local mobile shop but "the quality of the service and genuine products" which we can provide, they can't.

Tell me where I am wrong. Am I wrong to get loyal to the store too early or my expectations are little too high.

After spending more than 45000 Rupees, if I am getting that good a service, I am sorry to say but Mobile Store I am never going to recommend anyone. It seems my 20000 rupees have gone in drain..

Will u pl resolve the issue and get me a fresh hand-set? I am suffering for the reason of being loyal to the store...

Hope you will listen to my woes and get it resolved at the earliest..

The Mobile Store — Deficient Service

I had purchased HTC P3452 phone from TMS, sec 5 dwarka on 13/09/2008(Inv Del/01050/00001/3653). However, the piece was defective and the HTC service centre issued the DOA on 27/09/2008.
I had presented the DOA to the TMS shop on the same day.They were unable to replace the handset as they did not have the same model.
It has been around a month now and I haven't received the replacement handset. I had raised a complaint with their customer service cell on 12th October, requesting for either a replacement with the same model or a refund in case they were unable to do so.
To this date I have not received any satisfactory response from them. They had offered me to purchase another handset which I declined as I was not interested in any other handset.
Please help me in this regards.

Mobile Store — Mobile Set.

Sir, on 8th April I had purchased a Set of Moble make LG No.RD6600.from Moble Store. Guru Ghashi Dass Plaza.Raipur.(Chattisgarh). The set is not supported to Video.But at the shop while purchasing they told me that the set is Bluetooth and this will support everything inclusive of Video support system.Later on the very next day when I had visited the shop Mobile Store, they have refused to take back the set.and ask me to go to LG people. As the cost of the set is Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five thousand ) I fill that I have been cheated by them.

nokia E71,MOBILE STORE — non delivery of product

i had ordered for nokia E71 black to mobile store on 28th july, my order no is[protected], they promised me to deliver the product within 3 days, but i havent received the phone yet, there toll free no-[protected] is useless as it always comes engaged.
