Mobile Stores — Service and free gift
I bought a mobile phone worth Rs9000 from Mobile stores in Ghatkopar east on 23 August 2010, and i was given a scratch card, through which i won a wrist watch of Reebok worth Rs.2500 and i was told to send the scratch card along with a DD of rs.99 to Reward Point B/901, fairlink Centre, new link road, Andheri West, I sent the DD of Rs.99 and the scratch card on 27/08/2010, The gift was supposed to come in 4 weeks time,But to my disdain i havent received my gift till date, i called their customer service and they took my details and did nothing, i again called customer service and every time they disconnect my call.
Please can some one help! these people have made my life difficult and wastage of my money
