The Mobile Store — Money refund

I purchased Mobile handset from The Mobile Store, Malkajgiri. During the sale there is a promotion for money refund upto 55%. When I scratch the offer I got 5% cashback. As per the instructions I filled the form and submitted to the Mobile stroe via speed post.

After several reminders they did not credit my money.

the below is the mail sent to them.
Hi,

So far I have not received any communication from you. You are due by 5% amount.
This is my 4th reminder. Please see to make payment at the earliest.

Else I need to complain further on you.

Invoice Amount: 8599/-

While purchase as per the scratch card offer I am eligible for a refund of 5% of my bill.
Eligible Credit amount: 430/-

I have filled the form and send it to you as per the instructions.
Form sent by Registered Post on 22/10/2009.

So far I did not receive any credit to my Account.
