[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Sale of Defective Mobile. | |
I have purchased a Nokia 2600c (Midnight Blue bearing IMEI:[protected]) on dated 2806/2008 vide invoice no. DEL/01166/00001/9353 from Mukesh kumar. the camera in this mobile set is not responding, on approaching to them they refuse to do any thing in this case and said that the mobile store is only a selling point it has no connection with the selling company (Nokia) and the buyer wheather the item sold is deffective or damaged. according to them i would have to contact the nokia company on my own behalf for this complaint. where as according to the term and conditions written on the invoice of the mobile store, it clearly says that the buyer will be provided with the warranty guarantee and service governed by manufacturer's/ service provider's term & conditions.
