The Mobile Store — not conveying the promotional scheme given by Samsung mobile india

on 24th august 2008 from the mobile store (shop no. 5368/11/1, punjabi mohalla, nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt (Haryana)( India) i have purchased samsung j-600 mobile costing Rs.5169/- and for that samsung mobile company is having a promotional offer of a sctrach card highlighting SCENE CHANGE offer and the mobile store is not providing the same scheme to me.
