[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Handset given for repair lost by the branch at Ambala Cantt. | |||
The complaint is regarding The Mobile Store branch located in Ambala Cantt.Our Sony Ericsson X10 mini pro was given to the store for repair of the touchscreen at the end of the month of July.The handset was bought on 9th January 2012 and was under extended warranty.For three weeks the store kept telling us that the spare part required for the phone was not available but at the end of three weeks they owned up that the handset was lost during transit and they would give us the depriciated cost of the handset as compensation. But there has been no further action inspite of repeated reminders over the phone from us. Was this information helpful? | |||
