The Mobile Store / MTS Data Card — CHeat in data usage | |||
I am Gautam Netalkar Contact : [protected] MTS data card : [protected] I have taken Mts data card paying Rs.1352. I was promised to be given 10GB of data for 2 months (5GB each month). But they have provided me only 2GB of data. I contacted the MTS manager,he is saying I have used entire 10GB of data which is utter false for 2 reasons 1. They had said I ll get 5GB of data per month,then how come my entire 10gb data get over in just 15 days ?? 2. The MTS statistics window shows I have just used 2gb of data. I have spent almost rs.40/- in contacting the MTS people and the mobile store people,but nothing is helping. I have taken the device for THE MOBILE STORE,even these people aren't helping.
