[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Ordered Mobile not delivered

Myself Abhilash Shetty Staying in Mumbai.
On 14th of august 2010 I had ordered a mobile from The Mobile store co. named As Ray T65 Mobile the order no.is[protected]. And it was told to me that within 3 days I vl receive my product directly to the given address Bazar Lane, Room no.5, Nr.Ram Mandir, trombay koliwada Mumbai - 400088. and the order was done through online Site of the mobile store. But when after 3 days i called up and said to them that I havent received my Mobile They said to me that the product is out of stock and i vl receive the amount back by 14 days but till today I havent received any money back nor a reply from there side and from last week i am taking the follow up but nobody is correctly responding also and When i call up the customer care No. they say that your complaint has been forwarded to Financial dept. and you vl receive call from them. .i have all the details that when i have called them up and all tthe complaints no.I have three complaints no.1) C[protected]I[protected] I[protected].today also when i called them up there is no reply from them. So i wuld request you to help me out of this situation and refund back me my money. It would be helpful if you would sought out my prfile.
