Dear sir, I have purchased mobile-phone Model NO.SAMSUNG S5380 Wave Y .shopkeeper says video calling system available in this Model no. But i used phone & checked video calling system is not working, Then i went to shop & says our problem shopkeeper has not consider my problem and thearts or says i shall not change your phone & not refund you money.you can go Samsung service center.It is not my responsibility. I request you to that pls consider my problem and change my phone or my money with harassment & all legal cost.
