i have applied for business loan in the mundra assosiates on 10th feb 2011 submitting all the required documents through an agent, they gave me pre-sanctioned loan letter of 15lacs of dated 22feb2011 and asked me to deposit 8500/- as processing fees which i deposited in their company's account by account payee cheque, then they sent me agreement to sign and asked me to deposit stamp duty charges of 1% of sanctioned loan i.e 15000/- which i deposited in their account by account payee cheque, then they asked me for postdated cheques for ECS and other documents which i sent them, then they asked me for property papers for security which i sent them but it was mentioned in their website and email that no security is required for business loan, uptil now i donot know the status of loan, mr.rajeev and mr.shiv are avoiding to receive phone call, when i call in their office peon used to receive the phone telling that no one is their in the office, please tell me how to tackle with this froud company, in consumer court or in police as my hard-earned money gets blocked in the above company

This company is having agents all over India. They collect money from loan seekers but we never see any loan seeker getting loan from them. Dear sir kya yah company ishi tarah se froudloan karti hai time to time document complete hone ke baad 7months tak pareshan karke fees complete diposit karwane ke baad bhi 7months ke baad ye kah kar ki 9500% fee deposit karne ke aur 1.5% cash dijiye tab aapki payment hogi per file 20000/- rs bhi de chuke hai wo payment dsa apoint kiya uske dwara li gayi aur wo payment aage kabhi advocate ki hai payment jaldi hogi ishliye deni padegi aur ab payment refund karne ki baat ki to bol diya aage de di gayi hai wo refund nahi kar sakte nahi to app 1% mortgage fee refund le lijiye hum loan nahi kar sakte uper office ka no dene ke liye baat ki to bola gya mein nahi de sakta aur na hi kisi se baat kra sakta agar loan payment nahi karni thi 7 month tak mere expenses karwate rahe aur bolte rahe ki 10 15 days mein payment ho jayegi aur document complete hokar unke paas jaate rahe documents complete hone ki aur office lucknow jane ki date tak mere paas record & scan copy bhi mere pass hai aapke ceo MR RAJIV & Mr. sanjay kumar ke sath kya dealing hui mujhe nahi malum ab dono ek dusre ki galti nikal rahe hai aur hume gumrah kar rahe hai please tell me how to tackle with this froud company in consumer court media or in police as my hard earned money gets blocked in the above company

The Mundra Associates — home loan fraud
no 0289/2011.we applied for home lone, they gave one letter dated 18/04/2011,and asked DD for rupees 6000 (six thousand). we sent it.
still they not give proper response and return back DD amount.
