[Resolved] The Mundra Associates — Not Responding | |||
Dear sir, I have apply for a Business Loan of Rs. One cr to The Mundra Associates, Lucknow in the month of March 2011.The company gave me a Sanction letter of Rs. Ninty five Lakhs only and ask me to give DD of Rs. NINTY FIVE THOUSAND as a processing fees. I have sent a DD of Rs. Ninty Five Thousand o[censored]nion Bank Of India along with a signed agreement. Mr. Shiv([protected]) & Mr Rajeev Varma ([protected]) talk with me before all the process. But then after nobody pickup my phone calls. Only landline nos in office picked up by various persons and they gives only massage theat they will inform their boss. but till date i am not getting any loan from The Mundra Associates. Mr Santosh/ Mr Rajiv can you give some refferences where you have really done disbusment of Loans as i am having files worth 12 cr with me. need genuine ph no and will very fy by the Leagal process...
If you are not fraude you will disclose the same or else the matter is crystal clear...

Mr Santosh/ Mr Rajiv you only taken 8500 rs and 1% mortgage charge rs for giving loan and after some months you telling their file is incorrect and refund these 1% mortgage fees and taking 8500 rs from all clients?Is it your company system to earning money from client?Please show us one single disbusment of Loans.
Otherwise we can understand that you cheated 8500 rs from all per clients..
