Dear Sir, I am Lalit Prasad and I got a medical Insurance from The New India Assurance Co. Ltd.. My policy No. is[protected] and period of insurance 13.03.2012 to 12.03.2013 In the month of February my child was hospitalize and I was claim the medical amount from the Insurance co. but they did not take any action of my application and not release the payment. I was call them but all time they give excuses and I also submitted all document and queries what they want for payment release but no payment is yet to receive. Kindly do the needful and take an action on this fraud company. I will waiting for your reply. Enclosed document: 1.Cancel Cheque 2. Medical Insurance Certificate 3. NEFT Form 4. i have a case of bike theft from my house in 2008.all the due formalities were completed in time.every time i went there they demand me various types of documents.now they are saying that the data has not been migrated from their database.they are ignoring every time, i ask them about the claim...tiil this date they did not intimated about it...even i talked to the "divisional officer",he also gave the same excuse and ignored me..Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

medical policy cancelled due to our age is above 68 and according to them after age of 68 they can't continue the medical policy.we have this medical policy from 1991 now at this age we require the medical policy and they are not giving us the policy.
Please look at the matter.
