[Resolved]  New India Assurance — claim not settled. delayed more than 2 months

Hello sir,
I got below message to my registered mobile number on 13th march 2020.

Dear customer, this is to inform you that claim bearing number:[protected] has been registered against policy number:[protected]xxxxxx. For queries please contact customer service at[protected].

But still now i didn't get claim settlement. Almost more than a month. I have submitted all required documents. Kindly do the needful. Fyi, my policy will expire on 7th may 2020. Further i will think twice before chosing nia and also wont recommend to any one
