[Resolved] The Professional Courier — Loss of parcel/Unprofessional conduct of The Professional couriers " authority.
I sent a parcel containing FastTrack wrist watch & Few CDs to Bhopal from Bangalore through “The Professional Couriers” – Bangalore ( Vignan Nagar Branch) and parcel worth around 1720, moreover, those CDs consists of some valuable data. The consignment number is “BLR56006276”. This courier has not reached on time so I have contacted there Customer Care Agents/ Customer Care Manager & Operational Manager but no satisfactory answers from there side. After chasing them for so many days finally Customer care manager confirmed me that they have lost the parcel from Bhopal office and ready to reimburse my whole amount + parcel charges. To complete the formalities I have to forward one mail to Customer Care Manager & Hard copy to him. I have forwarded through Email plus hard copy to the office but when I have contacted them after 10 days they replied that they misplaced that application from office. Again I handed over there application to same manager( Branch Manager-Vignan Nagar) but till now no response, moreover, if I contacted them on phone Customer Care Manager of Bangalore not ready to speak to me and customer care agents giving one or the other reason.
I am fed up with the unprofessional conduct of “The Professional Courier” authority Bangalore Branch. After chasing them for 2 months till now they are not returning my parcel amount even after submitting all documents which they ask for. I must say they have stolen my things.
Please somebody suggest which action I will take to teach lesson to them.
