we are sending two document through the professional courier from TUTICORIN TO REWARI
booking date-30/12/2011
document number is (TUT1033657)
this is very important document
is not delivery today - 7/1/2012
so my advise for all indian don't us the professional courier
is very bad

You are absolutely right. The professional courier either stop their profession or change their name to unprofessional couriers. I had sent a document on 22.01.2013 to Coimbatore from Tirupur just about 55 kms from Tirupur vide TRP 3399536, and today we are in 29.01.2013 and the document yet to be delivered. No one is taking any responsibility and not giving any explanation. The chennai customer service just washed off their hands and i dont know if the government of india has any set up to monitor or register complaint against any type of courier failure and taking them in to task. The local maager at Tirupur is not lifting the mobile at all although he has two mobile numbers.
