[Resolved] The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner — I haven’t got my PF amount even after 16 Months

Sir,

I had worked with Accenture at Bangalore in the year[protected] and resigned by Nov 2008.

At the time of my resignation, i had applied for Provident Fund withdrawal and Accenture filed my PF Withdrawal forms to the RPFC office for processing on 25-Feb-2009.

Now it’s almost 16 Months over and still I haven’t got my PF amount.

My Employee no was 10376226

PF A/c No : MH/BAN/45665/47633 GROUP NO. Corporate - 1

I have also attached the scanned copy of the acknowledgement received from the PF office and my name is reflected in Sl. No. 10.

How can i know the further status regarding my PF.? Request you to help me in regarding this.

The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner — PF Transfer has not been done

Dear All,
1.I applied for PF Transfer from Pune to Chennai.
2. Previous PF NO: MH/PUN/34224/16186
3. Current PF NO: TN/MS/31309/72897
4. We have submitted form 13 into the PF office on 25th March 2008
5.Claim not yet setteled.
6.After enquiry staff reaction is pathatic, giving reson that their is no staff available to clear the claim.
7.Due for last 8 months.
8. Still no action.

If done, Please provide the cheque details.

I donot received the PF amount till after three months, Pf no. MH/49917/265, My company M/s. LAFARGE AGGREGATE & CI+ONCRETE, MUMBAI saying that submitted the foam to PF office but till i am betwwin in both and not clear my amount.

I am J. Sekhar Be Livingstone, Boots Cottage, 4/345, 13th & 14th Street, Shanthinagar, Tirunelveli-627002, Tamilnad, S.INDIA. I worked for 25 years in Knoll Pharmaceuticals, ( presently called Abbott Laboratories India Ltd) Sion -Trombay Road, Mumbai-71 ( with Registered office in 17R.Kamani Marg, Mumbai-1) and then gave my VRS in 1998.
My EPF a/c No. MH/4230/177.
As per my Scheme certificate issued by the Asst. P.F. Commissioner- Pension -Pre Audit Cell, Mumbai dated 32/11/1999 No.MH/BAN/1459, Receipt No. MH/BAN/10930, I’ll be attaining my age of 58 years by 29/07/2009 to make myself eligible for the pension.
I have requested to deposit my pension amount every month in my Punjab National Bank, Ambasamudram Branch-627 401 (TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT, TAMILNAD, S.INDIA) SB a/c No.[protected] I have been frequently checking my account and I regret to inform you that so far you are yet to remit any money in my account.
I request you to kindly pay me with arrears with due interest if any and oblige please.
