[Resolved] Themobilestore.in — POOREST SERVICE AND HARRASSSMENT AND FRAUD | |
I ordered a mobile handset from them on their website on 14th sep, 2009. They promise to deliver it in 3 working days. When 3 working days passed I called up the store which was supposed to make the delivery and they said the said handset is not available. I told them to then get the charge on Credit card cancelled. No action was taken. They stopped replying to email. When you call up their customer service it goes to some illetrate call centre. They just ask your name, telephone and city, even if you give them your order number. After i told them that i am going to lodge a police complaint, they called me and said that we can give some other handset which I refused and told them to refund the money. It has been 10 days and still refund has not been made. I will have to go for the chargeback with my bank. Be careful when you order from them they are frauds.
