even i have booked a europe tour with thomas cook and supposed to leave on 26-7-09.i was told that it would be an all 4 star stay but i found out that they were giving me 3 star accomodation.despite repeated compliants they are not doing anything .my question is WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR 4 STAR WHEN THEY ARE GIVING ME A 3 STAR ACCOMODATION.i believe they have been doing this all along and i suggest that everyone should be careful before booking a tour with them.
