Whatever the comments the employees have posted are very much true according to my work experience...They are all ...They will talk sweet words at the starting moments or in your interview..Never fall to their words, they are big liars...If at all you join they will harass you to the core & finally they will try their maximum to kick you out...Working over there means burning in hell...They never keep their promises..They collect Rs.10000 from every employee as a deposit & never refund it..In this way they earn money...They ruin poor people's hard earned money...So its my hearty concern & request that please never ever join this company...

Company is good. No problem. I had worked for 4 years from 1998 to 2002 in accounts department. Not even a single month salary used to be delayed for any employee. But very strict company about work which is good for all to learn.
Good company to work with especially freshers. No where else hand holding will be as much as seen here. No worries, cool and hectic life. I have grown well in this last 3 yrs. Every company has own problems and every employee has own problems. No need to take anything personally. Do not worry if you dislike. Just goahead in life, you may find your destination. No point in blaming others.
Thyrocare management is very oppressive towards its employees. Gross mistreatment has been reported by umpteen number of employees. Just yesterday, I came across another poor lady who has become the victim of their false promises and cruel practice of taking the deposit of Rs. 10, 000/- for 2 years and then torturing the emotionally till she has become so desperate that she wants to leave the organization even if she has to leave her deposit with them. I have advised her to at least work for a few months but she is so mentally harrassed by the management, specially JKR that she is contemplating suicide as she belongs to a very poor family and the Rs, 10000/- she had collected with great difficulty. I have been monitoring Thyrocare's mistreatment since a long time. It now appears that the Thyrocare management won't repent. They deserve to be brough to justice. They are subjecting the employees to mental torture beyond the imagination of even the harshest of the employers i have known so far.
This guy AVM is like any politician, it will be better to say worse Tamil Politician like DMK chief or A.Raja. We understand he might have struggled a lot in his early days, but this is not the way to work like a leech or taking the bad routes to become rich. His basic incomes are from the employees and franchiesee / centers who give them samples. This guy ****s up the people who help building his empire. What can be worse than this !! I dont have anything bad about tamilians, but this guys shows his real character - being brought up from a nala.
This guy should be handed over to CBI for investigations on his illgotten wealth. And I'm sure time will come, and he will be in Tihar Jail soon like his counterparts.

Whatever I will be writing I have tried to keep myself from getting biased or emotional, it is purely for those who are planning to join Thyrocare:
Pros:
1. In a short while you will learn a lot. The company is in exponential growth phase and soon to be multinational.
2. It will accept almost anyone who is able to draft a decent letter.
3. It will make the next job seem, very less taxing(I am not sure if this a pros but you get the drift)
Cons
1.10, 000 deposit only available after 24 months of continuous service.1 casual leave (CL) will be alloted to you after 2 months only in that way you have only 6 CLs in an year and you cant take it as per requirement.
2.If you do take leave which is not in compliance to point 1 then thats an LOP(Loss of pay) you salary will be released 1 week late and you have only three LOPs in the first year which if exceeded will lead to Rejoining ... you deposit again locked in for next 24 months.
3.After a point there is not growth, you will remain where you are with meager hike of Rs, 500/month in an year(Managers are all in the family)
4.Saturdays are full days every week.And every full day is at least 10hrs long.(like 9am to 7pm average). Minimum of 60 hrs per week.
5.Immense pressure and lot of politics...it gets harder every sec.
6.Will change your department any time. Mostly employed who they want removed are transferred to Medicall (in house call centre) no matter their past performance, hours they have spent or qualification to force resignation out of them.
7.The CEO is a egoist to the extent that it borders self worship and is very insulting to employee.
8.Payment is considered 25th to 25th and given on 4th ...literally after 10 days.
9.Salary too low compared to the industrial standards. 1L to 1.6L for freshers. after deduction only atmost of about 9000 in hand.
10.Promises of incentives of short term projects will be delay and later denied.
If someone had told me these I would have had second thoughs on accepting the offer letter. Please be aware and prepared before accepting the same.

i was a franchise and recently left it.when i asked to pay my deposit they refuse.instead they send threating messages.This is a story of all franchise.they are cheats of the highest grade.

NO one has the right to say anything about Thyrocare. C guys I do agree u that Thyrocare demands Money from the new joinee but only as a part of Security deposit which is refunded back to the employee after the completion of 2 years in the Organization and if company thinks that the employee is not suitable or if company ask to leave to a particular employee due to any reason, the amount is refunded back to the employee.
I can tell you the reason y TTL takes SD amount from the employee:No company wants that the employee should the leave the company within 6 month or in a short period of time, because it affect the company. Company provide u training and train you in your particular field by investing there resources and money and when the time come to return there investment employee leaves the company due any reason. Guys just think is it right. Guys just imagine that u train a person in a particular field and when he gets trained he leave u and go for a better opportunity instead of helping u. how u will feel. thats the reason y company needs assurance from u every company has there own policy of taking assurance from the new joinee this TTL' s way of doing so

I have had an experience in this company was a torture too.I was in the CRM department under Santhosh.They are the most selfish and manipulative vultures on earth.I would'nt recommend this company for anyone.The working environment is very bad.The first 3 months they make you slog for 10 hours, but normally i would be forced to spend upto 11 to 11 1/2 hours.That santhosh bombarded me with over-responsibilities.And obviously you are not paid a penny more than 8000 for 12 hours of donkey work.They are so chindi that they don't even provide you a cup of chai free of cost.The company SUCKS!!

kutte 2 mahine bad salary deta hai wo v performance wise wo apna beti ko v deta hoga test karke. bolta hai yaha pe salary time pe aata hai sala choyta company v 10 tak salary de deta hai but ye toh 2 mahine tak add karte rahta hai ki kaise bhoju.
sara company join karo magar thyrocare kabhi v nahi jo join kiya samjh lo zindagi bhar paise paise karte mar jaoge phir v nahi milega.
kyoki khoon v test ho jata hai but thyrocare ki salary time pe nahi aati hai and blood sample mumbai jarur time pe pahuchta hai
