I am 73 years old, a diabetic who has for years been taking my regular blood tests with Thyrocare. Of late your service seems to have deteriorated. This is the second time i have been given a time but the technicians do not turn up to collect the sample
order no VLA6A9DDB/VL4120C4 (2 orders for 1 request?)
None of the technicians came upto 8.30 AM
I was on the the messenger from 7 AM but they could not help
.Their only solution was " Can we book another day"
You would appreciate 10 hours fasting for a diabetic is not easy and when it was wasted it becomes even more painful

    Thyrocare Invoice not provided

    I have booked a test from Thyrocare but they have not provided an invoice copy to me for test reports, only the amount collected is shown in the customer details sections.

    I have been contacting their customer care through mobile, online chat, and Whatsapp since 27th August 20221. I did multiple follow up by spending a lot of time. But no one helped me to provide the invoice. They purposefully avoid providing invoices and making...

    You have mentioned about lab opening time, at Belgavi it’s 8 am, but waiting from last 30 minutes no body has turned up. I am on fasting. This is not a good sign.

        Regarding delay in report

        I anjay kumar age-51 kidney transplant patient and Babita devi age-49 kidney doner patient. I am oldest customer of thyrocare. On 29th July I have given my blood sample but I have not receive report yet .From 31st July am trying to contact thyrocare for my delay of report but I am not satisfied by their call.         Harassment and cheating by Thyrocare

        Please avoid Thyrocare at all costs. We had a nightmarish experience while doing tests with Thyrocare. I had booked a full body checkup - arogyam plus a few other tests for my wife. Here is my experience-

        The technician assigned was not reachable over phone. The phone number given did not even exist - so we were not able to reach out in advance.

        Vide order no. VL832537, booked for 17th July 21 and the sample collected at 8.30 hrs. I was assured the report by 18th evening as I am having an appointment with the Doctor on 19th at 4.00pm. It was well informed to staff attended to my booking. Despite pre-information regarding the appointment, ur technician failed to delivery the report till 19th 4.20pm. may I know the cause of the delay ? Moreover, when contacted the technician Mr. padhi who took the sample, told me yesterday eveining that he is busy with so many works. Its not possible to delivery the report as and when we require. is it the way of answering your staff to the clients. Ur people having been calling several times for the tests . But is it the way, ur staff are so irrespnonible and neglect the patient. Necessary action in this regard and acknowledge me the action taken against my complain.

            We asked for quadruple marker test on 2nd July 2021. We got the report on 4th and 5th July. The data is incomplete in the report as our doctor said. It should have data for Trisomy 13, Trisomy 18, Trisomy 21 but it has only data for Trisomy 18. We have been trying to reach customer care and explaining the problem but they aren't trying to fulfil our problems. Either they are not understanding our problem or not sure what but now we are stuck. The time within this test should have been completed is about to pass but unable to get the complete report still. This lab is really not good as per my experience.

              Regarding testing report

              On dt2.7.2021 I booking for 3.7.2021 time 7.30 AM for sample collection for covid antibody test then his staff collect at 7.30 AM collect then company send me that through nest 24 48 hour yr test report will send in yr mail id but till date 6.7.2021 time 9.20 AM not recive any mail from his side. Already two times call customer care & also in what's up massage but not satsfatory answer given by him.this company mentally harassed me in covid...

              I joined in thyrocare on 19 oct 2020 but I left job on 15 may because of non cooperation of my team leader Pranit .he is very unprofessional and he never cooperate me because I was working from home . I was working as a business development and handling Panipat cluster but due to his careless behaviour it adversity impact on panipat cluster. He transferred me temporary woe covid but he did not hire temporary staff to handle panipat cluster and result that I had lost all clients .he is main reason of my resignation and today I am jobless.

                    I had booked for a 3 lab test for 3 beneficiaries on 3rd june which was collected on 4th june. But till now i have got only 2 lab reports for each beneficiary .I am calling them from past 6 days for the 3rd report but they have neither given me the report not they are refunding my amount. Such a horrible experience.

                      I Jogender Singh aged 55/M has done online booking since 12 may number of times but not receiving the booking ID instead successfully registered for thyrocare home collection investigation samples. There was a call from the organisation that there is no team. Later I went to another site and got registered for 22/5/21 with slot and booking ID.Later on 21/5/21 again received a call saying the same issue of team. I was in touch with a thyrocare exicutive named Vijaykumar chinta he informed me that we are looking for the arrangement or you will have to visit our nearby center. After so much disappointment I decided to visit nearby center which is in Saroornagar. I selected Aarogyam 1.3 package and paid ₹2250/- including ESR test giving the sample and left the center. Later when I came to know that urinogram test was not included in that package I called the center and spoke with the owner Mr Ravinder vellishetty ([protected]) he requested to come and give the sample, I paid another ₹300/- for it after giving the sample. The person working there asking the earlier given receipt and added the amount with the pen on it. After a while I received a call from Vinay Kumar Chita thyrocare Mumbai I told the whole thing and requested him if he can consider regarding the amount because the online package was cheaper ( ₹1799/- )as he said I sent the receipt by WhatsApp. As the receipt had a added entry by pen I called mr Ravinder vellishetty to give me the receipt for the (urinogram test ie ₹300/-) he went mad and misbehaving talking in a rude manner told that I’m troubling him and warned to cancel my investigations. I told I’m requesting for the receipt he hanged my phone and sent the refund to my account cancelling my investigations. As I’m suffering from Avascular Nicrosis unable to walk with lot of strain visited the center. Also I’m a eye professional practicng optometrist nearby you should know patients coming to us with so many problems it’s our duty to have patience and take Care of them. Is it wrong asking for the receipt it’s his duty to give the receipt right after receiving the payment. I hope this center person should have joined police department instead medical profession as it’s a service oriented profession. Also I inquired nearby this person mr Ravinder vellishetty is a nuisance in the area troubling many patients. I humbly request the authorities to look into this and no patients be harmed like it happened in my case. Thanks.

                          I need retest of my parents for free which was conducted on, 15th May. The technician who came to collect the sample, kept all tubes together and while uploading barcode mixed the samples. On asking about that he denied and said samples are not mixed. Now it seems quite evident by checking the reports that sample have been mixed for sure since reports seem similar and there os only difference of few points in both my parents' report.

                            11th May around 8:30 AM blood was collected for Ferritin, LDH, HSCRP and CBC (Barcode - U3656303)

                            I have not received three reports - Ferritin, LDH, HSCRP and on complaint they acknowledged that there was some error at their end and they will need to collect sample again. The collected the sample again on 15th May around 8:30AM but again on inquiry on 16th 10PM they are saying same technical error and no clue of the reports.
