I have tried to booked 2 ticket for movie Thupakki through online in TICKET GREEN .( 2 times)
AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT ISSUED .
When i contact Ticket new customer care they told it will be credited back to my account but not yet done Was this information helpful? |

We are booked by online on 29.05.2012 from secunderabad to crackup in Falaknuma express journey date 31.05.2012 in sleeper class, amount was deducted but ticket is not issued, and also message is not received till date, the bank transaction details are [protected]IGA8788363 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI I.R.C.T.C. COLLECT.for the amount of 430Rs and IGA8788363ICA4801927 TRANSFER TO [protected] SBI IRCTC COMMISION A/c for the amount of 10Rs, Please try to get the amount.
