I have lost 9900rs while trying to book the tickets and I they have not responded to my emails and their phone number does not work. I dont know what to do.
Ticketgenie — Unsuccessful transaction not refunded
I had purchased tickets for the FIH World Cup Final 2010, Money was debited from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. This money is yet to be credited to my account even after 25 days and multiple reminders and phone calls at their Bangalore numberThese people are thieves.

Ticketgenie it seems never delivers the tickets. Surely cheaters. Can some one tell me the Mumbai number for finals tickets at DY PATIL? but till date i didnt get my tickets
its is a scam

No point in calling their helpline or waiting for courier to arrive. However these guys have set up counters near the stadium. If you go directly to these counters with your order number, they are helping you out with issue of tickets or refund.

Ticketgenie — refund amount
I have booked tickets of IPL semifinals through ticketgenie.But matches were shifted to mumbai.
I have returned all tickets to them as er their mail.
They promised to return money within 10-15 days.
But now its almost 20 days.
This is pain as I have my credit card limit is over and I have to do payment.
Ticketgenie — Not received the Tickets of IPL( 19 MARCH)
Hello Sir,I purchased 6 tickets of IPL(19 March) on 22nd feb 2010 from Ticketgenie. The money is already debited from my credit card in feb. But i have not received the tickets till 16 of march.
Please provide me the direction what should i do?
