IPL tickets refund

I had booked tickets online for IPL semi final matches in scheduled in bangalore. The matches were cancelled and people who purchased online were expected to be refunded online within 15 days its been more than 40 days and several mails have been sent to ticketgenie the company responsible for refunds. There has been no respeonse.

People facing the same issue please mail me on [protected]@gmail.com , we can file a case against...

nondelivery of tkts and no feedback

we have booked four tickets for the IPL cricket match to be held on 22mar2010
my transaction id is243646.the tickets nos are 60773/774/775/776.i have opted for the tickets to be couriered home.the credit card has cfm charge of inr 6060/-
but ticket genie has not contacted us for the delivery details nor are they revert to our mails.also the ct nos are continously engaged .the least they could do was to ct us cfmg our ticket...
