[Resolved] Ticketgenie.in — Money not refunded

I have try to bought IPL ticket 4 times from http://www.ticketgenie.in . Money has been deducted for all the 4 attempts, but I could not get the ticket as it is showing server busy massage. Same is the case with me. After registering the complaint on their helpline number, I even got a confirmation call saying that money will be refunded within 7 days, but still it has been more than 3 weeks now and no refund, they are not even replying to emails and no answer on phone.

Same is the case here also.
The money was deducted but the ticket was not booked.
After registering the complaints via email, they haven't replied yet...and no answers to phone even...
Do anyone one have any other contact details where we can get it resolved
