[Resolved] Ticketgenie India — Money transferred to ticketgenie but tickets not booked

On 15th March I booked 2 tickets for match between RCB VS CSK via phonepe money was debited and tickets were not booked after a day I received message that money is transferred to ticketgenie but I didn't get any mail regarding ticket confirmation..
