[Resolved] Ticketgenie.in — NO REFUND of Metallica Concert tickets yet! | |||
Booked 2 tickets for Metallica Concert on Ticketgenie.in using my debit card. The concert scheduled in October 2011 got cancelled and the refund was to be processed by November 2011. Till now on 16th March 2012, Ticketgenie has not refunded my amount (Rs.5575). On calling they say the amount was refunded on 3rd Nov, whereas no money has been credited into my account. I have been updating my Passbook regularly and there is no refund yet. I have confirmed with my bank who double checked that no such refund has occured. On contacting Ticketgenie they repeatedly say that they have made the refund and cant do anything about it. This is a clear case of Cheating and should be strictly dealt with. After repeated emails and calls, the concert ticket amount was finally refunded into my account, after more than 10 months of cancellation of the concert. | |||
