Kindly ensure to us that disciplinary action be taken against Mr. Manu Menon, who is heading these Premium Services of Timesjob.com and that the refund money be given back to us ASAP. The services of our Resumemaking can be deducted from this amount, but make sure that we get the rest of the money back to us ASAP.

Timesjob Premium Services — MZ91508 and MZ91511

In order to inform you about our ID numbers, they are MZ91508 and MZ91511, wherein they have charged us Rs.3118/- each into two, we have submitted two of HDFC cheques favouring their stupid services, Timesgroup people should be more cautious about giving them this business which they cant handle at all.
Why Timesgroup cannot solve our problems is still a problem for both o[censored]s, we seek a solution, we need a refund of this amount, please minus your Resume services charges and return us back our money, why this is not happening till now, why it cannot happen till now, why and what for do we have to wait for is something which I fail to understand. If a customer does not need the services of Timesjob people, why cant the money be returned to the customer, why do we have to face all the grudges till the end just like any other customer, and why the money cannot be returned to us, I fail to understand the reason and fail to know the answers for these questions.
Please answer us, as we both are extremely harassed by the way Mr. Manu Menon has dealt with us, and also Mr. Siddharth, who is a big time swine who does not know how and what to speak of customer service and gives us false promises always and now ultimately avoids our phone calls, does not return our call and also does not return our money as well.
Please answer us, why these questions should not be solved and when would they be solved, if somebody could tell us about this and resolve our state of minds.

I am rugular user of your times job.com site & i am also paid amount of Rs:1099/- [ DATE:18/06/09, REXEIPT NO :31496 ] for getting rugular basis of your call letter or E-MAIL FOR JOB [ as you metioned that you will send my cv to 2000 placement around all over india .] But till now one month pass i am not getting a single call -letter or e-mail.

One more thing as your employee have called my friends to get them entraped but I have refused them to take your services. So, you are only destroying the name of timesjob.com by doing so.

I am unhappy with Bata online service. I am surprised to see why it takes 10days to deliver in India.

Transaction Details:
1.On 9th September 2010 at 12.pm I placed order online – It was working day
2.I received the acknowledgement stating that store verified & status OK: Why was the article not shipped on the same day?

Bata Service Issues:

1.why it was not dispatch on the same day after store clearance
2You don’t have Toll Free no : you expect customer make STD call to your customer support desk, they up us on hold for couple of minutes.
3. customer support : appears to be for name sake, we do not get accurate advice nor information
4.Online information does not update the status of the Order booked
5.No Response to customer mails.
6.Courier details is unavailable
7.Yes, I understand that 10th, 11th, 12th, – 3 days was holiday but Bata could have dispatched on 13th or 14th
8.Status of the purchased information(action plan) is not update to the customer
9.Considering the Order date current date it’s been 8 days I haven’t received article yet.
In spite of several request made over the phone & email we are left in dark.

It is the most fraud activity which is openly doing by timesjob.com. We should be united and file a consumer case against them.

I am 100% agree with the complainant. I am also a victim of this service. I think we should be united and file a consumer case against them so that at least we will be the last victim of their fraudulent activity.

I totally agree to this.
The same was experienced to me.
Before enrolling to the service executives were calling like anything and as soon as the payment done nobody was bothered to call back or reply back.
At the time of enrollment Ms. Devika Sr. executive from Noida branch ensure me to forward my Cv to consulatancies o[censored]K and US..but the result was totally different and shocking..
Beware of this kind of fraudulant organisation..

i am aloso unhappy with premium pack of times job for that i had paid RS -3357 on 12/05/2011 he has promissed to me after payment with 20 day u will got multinaional company job but still 5 month passed away but not get any job throught that i have mailed him but not take good responce kindly help me, myid no RZ284763
