Timtara.com — Not got product from TIMTARA after 47 days still struggling for getting refund money

My name is Ravindra Oza and I'm Senior level IT professional in Banglore. I have ordered USB hardisk using online shopping website http://www.timtara.com
I'm following with them, but they are not giving product and people are very bad while talking with them, when I told I will raise case against you than they told you can do that.
I have still not received my product ,I have ask for refund money, when I told now , when you will give it , they told u will get it , typical answer will get everytime, when I ask how many days , they cut the phone. Customer services phone and email -- [protected]@timtara.com or call us @[protected] most of time busy , they never respond through email. I have ask for refund my money, but still not got. it has been 47 days over. i m struggling like anything to get my product or money back. they told that dont have stock, but in website they mentioned within 8 working days will get product. requesting you to all other customer who are purchasing online, please avoid purchase from http://www.timtara.com . no manner , no respect with customer, when we argue for product they simply cut the phone. If they can cheat IT professional than they can cheat anyone.
