Timtara.com — Complaint against timtara.com - No delivery as well as the promise

I have ordered a samsung galaxy fit on 10th jan 2012. It was mentioned in the order that it will be delivered in 8-10 days, but it has still not been delivered.

Whenever I called customer
care (99 out of 100 times they won’t attend it will be busy) they confirmed strongly that it will be dispatched tomorrow in every call. But, that never came....

I also sent many mails to [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com and [protected]@timtara.com, but they have not respond any one....
