[Resolved]  Timtara.com — COMPLAINT AGAINST TIMTARA.COM for NON REFUND OF RS 51,000+

Now I just do not feel but am assured that I have been cheated with Rs 51,000+ by non-refund and non-delivery of two orders placed on TIMTARA.com, being Order #10344584 & Order #10344634 respectively.

Following is the current status appearing in the TIMTARA website using my Login Id - [protected]@speedpens.com.

COMPLIANT TO TIMTARA



Attached is the letter written to your Company (TIMTARA) recently along with its Proof of Delivery by DTDC, of which no reply has been received. Also attached is the Credit Card statement, reflecting the debits for both the Orders. However, till date I have neither received any product nor refund. I have been trying to call the customer care, but they do not respond anything in positive.



I WANT IMMEDIATE REFUND TO BE PROCESS TOWARDS BOTH MY ORDERS, ELSE PUNITIVE ACTION SHALL BE TAKEN BY ME AGAINST YOUR COMPANY AND ITS PERSONNELS

Furture course of Action:

Though we called several times & SMS also, So this Time My Strong e-mail to all the above people is saying If my money is not refunded to me in next 3 working days, this Issue shall be Posted in All Below sites:
www.consumer-court.in / www.mouthshut.com / www.complaintboard.in / www.ic3.gov / www.consumercomplaints.in / www.akosha.com / www.desidime.com / www.consumercourtforum.in / www.grahakseva.com and also we are also going to complaint about this Issue to Commissioner of Delhi Police Sree NEERAJ KUMAR Ji (who is a relative to me and based on his coordination this mail is being sent) alongwith Noida city Police Sree Praveen Kumar Ji.

In case the refund is not processed for both the Orders within next 3 working days, kindly note that I am going to come & meet you People in Noida at M/s. InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida-201 301 with Police along with all the documents and supportings as well as FIR for immediate refund and reimbursement of Travelling Expenses and a case for consumer harassment shall be filed by my lawyer.

Also note that, if things are not settled in next 3 days, I shall take all necessary action for this fraud to be telecasted on televisions, newspaper and immediate action for the refund for both the Orders should be taken from all the media persons/company and immediate closure of this fraudulent website www.timtara.com.
