I ordered a micro max canvas 2 bearing order no.10405282 from timtara dated 7 march 2013,they promised to deliver the product in 3 weeks but they failed.Then when i asked for refund,they responded to me by saying that my product cannot be shipped and therefore they asked me to give some details to refund the amount to me back.They told that the refund process would take 15-20 days,but today is 3 may,2013,and its over 20 days.So i therefore...

I did try to contact them lots of time to TIMTARA customer care help line, throw email & telephone but no one can answer me till now. ive placed an order on timtara online shopping site on 27 of feb and i havent receive the item and now its been more than a month,no answer from the site,no calls,nothing! i tried to contact them many times but no answer at all plus ive managed a bunch of complaints but that too, it didnt work.
