Hi my Brother has placed an order of Micromax casvas 2 A110 mobile handset on www.Timtara.com on[protected]. the Order no. is 10407638,The amount is Rs. 9189/-, the payment for this order was made from my Brother in laws ICICI Bank A/c. No.[protected]. At starting 10-15 day the order status showed that they are awaiting the shipment. There Contact Numders Given on the Website are Just to Show, as no one picks up the phone, i even from netsearch found out some other numbers of there executives, but every time they say they will see to it and will revert back to me, but the other the day the mobile is swithched off. i tried calling them,one day one of there executive picked up the phone and told us that they will not be able to delivery the product as they have not received it from the supplier, so i told her to give me my money back, she told that she will do the proceeding for the refund. Now my order status on the website shows Payment Refund Pending. but till day no payment is received to us and they r not even picking up the phone. I have already spent and amount of nearly Rs. 700-1000 for contacting them but they are not repling to me. i have three time made a complain in their site my complain numbers are 60910, 70910 & 70198, but no reply. My Question is If they take only 5-10 minutes to withdraw the amount from my account and to give that same amount back to me they take more than one month? I need Your Help for this matter as i am feeling cheated with such irresponsible & no answering lookout of the company. please help me or guide for this problem as my brothers needs his money back from the company. my cell no.     I ordered a micro max canvas 2 bearing order no.10405282 from timtara dated 7 march 2013,they promised to deliver the product in 3 weeks but they failed.Then when i asked for refund,they responded to me by saying that my product cannot be shipped and therefore they asked me to give some details to refund the amount to me back.They told that the refund process would take 15-20 days,but today is 3 may,2013,and its over 20 days.So i therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and kindly resolve it.

I did try to contact them lots of time to TIMTARA customer care help line, throw email & telephone but no one can answer me till now. I also mail them please refund me but they didn't reply me.can you help me to get my refund?

      i have purchase a spy pen camera + 16 gb + mp3 player + all in memeory data card from times of india news paper in march.2010. then they has send to me deffected piece. i returend it. same piece they has send to me again and again i complaint it lot of time to times of india office why ur sending the defected piece to me everytime. then they has told me ok we will cancelled the product refund my amount to me in july2010.from july to oct i has made near about 10 complaints that i not received the amount of Rs.1850/- today they are telling we will not cancelled ur product and we will send u a same because it lot of time is gone. i want to complaint about that if they are not sending me a good product or not refunding to me its not my fault i am purchasing the product without seeing. so its ur duty to send me a good product in good condition.if its not possible then why they guys are showing this product in newspaper. so pls i request u pls help me so i get my money back.and i[censored] can take some action this kind of persons who are cheating with us.

        I have booked one tablet pc named Samsung Galaxy Tab P3100 through Timtara.Com on[protected].I sent the cheque no.262265 amount of 13990/- through First Flight Courier on their Noida office address.Cheque was in the name of Infosecure Consulting Pvt.Ltd.Amount was debited from my account on[protected].I called on their customer care number [protected] on 22nd of March & they confirmed me that your payment has received in our account & your product has been shipped in next 15 days.But on[protected] i read a news in news paper that Timtara's MD is arrested in fraud case.Now i want my money refund.I am from a middle class family & 13990/- is a big amount for me.

        Please help me in this matter on priority basis.

              Hi,
              I purchased Micromax Ninja 3 A57 Mobile Phone(Ninja)(Order No.[protected]. from http://www.timtara.com/ on 27 Mar 2013. I received order confirmation stating product delivery Within 3 Weeks. I called on their customer care number [protected] around 15 times on different days and time to know the order status but each time it goes to IVR stating all executives are busy and we have noted your number and will call back you shortly. But they never call back me also I write emails ([protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com) and I get automated response from [protected]@timtara.com stating they will get back shortly, here again i haven't received any reply from their side.

              Please suggest what should I do to get the product.

                I has placed an order for mobile of worth 9189 INR on 18th of march 2013. Till date i have not received my product. I raised complaint through e-mail to some of the concern e-mail id's which i have found on their website.([protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com). I just get an auto generated reply as "Thanks for writing to us. We will get back to you shortly " It almost more than 3 weeks since i wrote the first mail. Please kindly help me either getting the mobile or get my money refunded.I have given brief summary of my order below.

                  DEAR PEHREDAR,

                  I have ordered a mobile Micromax Canvas 2 A110 from Timtara.com. I have paid an amount of rupees 9189 using my debit card on dated[protected]. After ordering the product I got an email regarding the confirmation of order placed. The order id is 10403504 and the Transaction Id is : 10177917.

                  The delivery time mentioned by timtara.com is 3 weeks. I contacted Timtara.com at [protected] on 22nd day after the date of delivery but they told that due to delay in shipment the delivery will be made after 7-10ays. After 7 days on 30th March again I tried their number but there was no response. I usually hear a computerized voice that all our executives are busy at this time and we have noted down your number and we will get in touch with you shortly.

                  This process is still continued and I would have made them nearly 200 calls, but no response back. I have sent them couple of mails also but they didn't reply for my email also. Then I planned to cancel the order and sent a mail to [protected]@timtara.com as mentioned in their website. For that mail also I didn't get any reply back. Whenever I check the status it shows as "Awaiting Shipment".

                  I request 'PEHREDAR' to bring up my matter to the public so that anyone else will not be victimized by Timtara and help me to recover my amount of rupees 9189. I also request you to take necessary steps to close the website because it is still in active mode and thousands of people has already raised the complaint against timtara.com.

                  Furthermore if the problem can not be solved through 'PEHREDAR' then please let me know how should I approach to recover my money ASAP.

I got return e-mail from the agency giving me order no.10395192 dt.10/02/2013 & confirming delivery within 3 weeks. But till date neither the ordered item has been delivered nor the refund has been made so far.I have also sent complaints to agency through e-mail at nisha&timtara.co & [protected]@timtara.com as well as through phone no.[protected] which is not working now. But there is no response to these e-mails or the complaints made on telephone. Pl help to get the refund of my paid amount.

                        I Prashant Srivastava ordered a Micromax

                        A110 mobile on 27th feb,2013 by making

                        payment of Rs.8991.00 through credit card

                        and the order no. of which is 10401532. And

                        in my order confirmation mail you gave me a

                        time of 3 weeks within which the Item should

                        be delivered. But till now I didn't received

                        my order nor I received any information

                        regarding that. Even I called on both

                        customer care nos. +91 [protected] and

                        [protected](which is now not working) many

                        times but no one picked my call and no one

                        called me or mailed me anything. I sent

                        frequent email also in reply to which they

                        informed me that they are cancelling my

                        order and my refund will be done within 10-15 days but nothing happened. Now they are

                        not replying to my emails also.

I placed an order for two products (Nokia asha 305 mobile phone and 16 gb micro sd card ) and made immediate payment of Rs 4478/ by using my SBI debit card. it was informed that the products will be deliver within 3 weeks . But i did not get it even after 4 weeks

                                  I had placed an order for sony 24" LED TV on timtara.com. My order no is 10398932.The product was out of stock and it was not shipped. I had cancelled the order on 20/03/13. But till date the amount of Rs. 14400.00 is not refund by the company. Where according to company policy it suppose to done within 7 working day.

                                  This is Rajesh who i have ordered a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 in Timtara website
                                  ( Via mail id: rajesh.[protected]@gmail.com ) (Order number:[protected] on 18th March.Since that day(Cost is Rs. 9, 189 ) there is no update on my order.
                                  Whenever I check my details, it just says "Awaiting Shipment" Am not sure, how many more days it will say "Awaiting Shipment" and at what time the Shipment will reach reach me ?.
                                  It's already 4 Weeks over. . Still it shows same... i all ready sent a mail to cancle an order..and
                                  I have already tried lots of calls to the number which is given by timtara(Support), but of No response.
                                  I am also one of the victim from theses fraud company.
                                  i paid amount through credit card.is their any chance to get my amount back...?

                                    I have placed 3 different orders on 1st June 2012 and got 3 order is 10264728, 10264730 and 10264928. When I did not received the product till 23rd August 2012, I cancelled the order and till now I haven't received the amount. I have visited their new sector 63 noida office but was closed on couple of occasions.

                                    Fortunately one day, the office was opened and they promised me that by 30th march 2013, I will receive my cheque. And as usual till today, I haven't received my amount.

                                    What should I do? How can I make consumer complaint?

                                      I ordered a Micromax A110 smartphone on 22nd Jan,2013 worth 8991/- and was told the product will be delivered in a maximum period of 3 weeks. The time kept on passing and when I started calling their customer care, i was given a new date every day. when i asked for refund, i was told 7-8 days but that time also passed. I have no where to go. there is no response to mails or calls on customer care. everyday i get a new excuse. Don't know what to do, someone please guide me.

                                        Hi Sir/Madam,

                                        I ordered the below product from timtara.com on Feb 3rd, 2013. But still I didn't get the product from timtara.com and still showing my order# status in timtara.com as awaiting shipment from 2 months. I have been following with them everyday by calling their customer care mobile number [protected] or emailing to [protected]@timtara.com. They (timtara.com team) are not giving a single response to my email and never lifting call. Could you please help me on this issue to get either a product or money refund as soon as possible and also please take immediate action on timtara team not to cheat any other future customers?
