[Resolved]  Timtara.com — Money refund

Order refund pending since 31st December 2012.
Order placed 12 Nov 2012 but product was not delivered for over a month thus cancelled in December.
Called several times(at least 10 times) to Customer Care who kept on giving false dates & sent several emails but no response to mails.
I need my refund of Rs 5,840/- which is pending for over 2 months now(website says seven working days refund).
