This complaint is regarding e-commerce website www.timtara.com whose office address is as below:

Nature of complaint: Non-delivery / non-refund of amount.
I have done online shopping from timtara.com on[protected] for a Whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine worth Rs 9890/- for which I was given time frame of 21 days to deliver the product. But now it is near about 4 months and still there is no update from timtara.com. I have made hundreds of calls and each time I was being answered as "We will ship your product in next 48 hours" but nothing such happened. Also they didn't even respond my emails. I am not the only customer who has been cheated by timtara.com but there are many many more like this. I have already sent them cancellation request for my order and asked them for my refund.
