[Resolved]  Timtara.com — No refund of amount

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I have ordered Samsung Mobile worth Rs. 19120 from Timtara .com on 14 february 2013 but I have not received my mobile phone even they are refusing to pay my ammount. Kindly take the strict action against this fraud company and do the needful for my complaint.
