Timtara.com — Non-delivery of item | |||
I have ordered a digital camera at timtara.com on 31.12.2012. But as of now (25.01.2013) it shows the status awaiting shipment. When i contact customer care they always tell that they have already forward the complaint but no proper answer I got. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered a digital camera on 31.12.2012. They told me by 20th January. I will get my digital camera but still they send the product even status showing awaiting shipment

Timtara.com — Non shipment of item
timtara.com is the worst shopping site in india.I ordered an item from timtara.com on[protected]Order number[protected]. The item was supposed to get to me within 8-10 days. It's been over 20 days and still they haven't shipped my item. I tried contacting them in many ways. Send them mail to which I received a reply only once which wasn't helpful. I called them in their numbers many times but no one answers the call.
Please help me out.
