Timtara.com — Non delivery of ordered item

I have placed one order 10378018 on timtara on 29/12/12. Till today they have not despatched the ordered item. When ever I call their customer support centre, I get a standard reply that they are escalating issue. But till today I have not received any reply from Timtara.Nobody is attending telephone in timtara office in the telephone number provided by customer care executive. I feel that I am cheated. Does any body have contact details of senior executives in Timtara so that I can take up my case.
