Timtara.com — Not delivered the product

i have order for a camera nikkon coolpix 510 on 12th december 2012 , but till today i didn't get the product or not even a mail from their side

I have already waited more than 2 months i called to their customer care unit more than 15 time and also i mailed to their employees but there was no respond

I placed an order on Timtara website on 1st of Jan 2013, It's been 3 months and still i didn't receive the product.

They mentioned that the product will be dispatched in 3 weeks but its more than 3 months.

Really horrible website...! The customer care don't respond to the emails and receive the calls even.
