[Resolved]  Timtara.com - Online Shopping Site — Cancelled order - not refunded the amount

I have placed an order (#[protected]in the online shopping website timtara.com ,for the purchase of LG DV622 DVD Player by paying online through internet banking of Rs. 1,790 INR on[protected] @ 3:36 PM. As per the condition, the product should be Delivered in 15-20 Working Days. But till[protected] I didn't get the product, hence cancelled the order on that date:[protected].
The refund of the amount Rs. 1,790 INR is still a pending issue by timtara.com. Every two days i contact the customer care , they reply that your request is forwarded to the concerned dept. and will take another six days for refund. Till date[protected] the company has not refunded nor communicated.
Kindly attend to my complaint and arrange for refund of my amount.
